Our climate control uses the latest 'Heat Pump' technology, which provides heating at a third of the price of conventional electric heating and is also much cheaper than gas central heating radiators.

The split system air conditioner uses two separate components. An internal wall mounted unit, which controls the air temperature within the room, and an external unit, which is also called the condenser that removes the heat and condensation from the room and safely dissipates them outside.

These units run on 410A coolant and will cool and area up to 35Msq. Running costs have been worked out at 30 pence per day base on running in either heat or cool mode for 5 hours per day, 7 days per week on a standard 5.5p/kwh tariff.
