We will start the project by preparing the site. As part of this we will dig the foundations, install the necessary drainage and lay down a concrete foundation.

A cavity wall is then built up to the DPC level of the house and then we prepare the floor slab, laying insulation, damp proof membrane and a 6” concrete slab.

We will then construct the dwarf wall, if required, and add cavity wall insulation.

04.

We will then measure the brickwork and the frames are manufactured to the exact measurements of the brick work for a true, secure fit.

05.

We install the window frames which will make up the conservatory sides. Then the roof is installed. We will then glaze the roof and fit the sealed glass units to the frames of your conservatory.

06.

Any additional work is now completed, i.e. any break-through’s, plastering, electrics, air-conditioning, under-floor heating and the flooring is all now fitted

07.

From here, all you have to do is furnish your new conservatory and it’s ready for you to enjoy for many years to come!
